Return & Refund
Exchanges will be provided in line with your rights as a consumer and the additional policies and warranties summarised below. We will usually only refund in the event the goods:
are of unacceptable quality (e.g. due to a defect);
a wrong shipping order occurred;
do not match the description by which they were sold;
Refunds will not be provided if you simply change your mind.
In the event of returning a defective item within the warranty period:
- West Malaysia: Free pick up service(1st Year Only).
- East Malaysia: To be borne by the customer.
